maxicheck the vehicle program is not authorized

       I cannot even get to the ABOUT screen to get the register password.   The initial screen message is "The vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization".  Any idea as to what is wrong ???

     Run PC Suit, log in your account, if it's within free update period, it can obtain authorization there.
